REQUIREMENT
An electronic shelf labeling solution company required support from RGIS to install electronic shelf labeling within 17 stores to ensure they could meet the timeline of one store per night. The company required the following:
- Support installing electronic shelf labeling in 17 stores
- To complete one store per night
- More than 50,000 electronic shelf labels per store
- Link the electronic shelf labels to the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) product code
SOLUTION
An electronic shelf labeling solution company partnered with RGIS to complete the electronic shelf labeling project. RGIS provided the following:
- Teams of 80 experienced auditors were allocated per store
- Scheduled eight hour shifts per store
- Dismantled old racking
- Set up new racking
- Installed the electronic shelf labels in the correct locations
- Linked the electronic shelf labels to the stock keeping unit (SKU) product code
RESULTS
An electronic shelf labeling solution company found that by outsourcing the electronic shelf labeling project to RGIS, the following was achieved:
- All 17 stores had electronic shelf labeling installed quickly and efficiently
