District Manager
An RGIS District Manager (DM) is a salaried employee who is in charge of the day-today operations of a district office. The DM is responsible for ensuring that the district is properly staffed, efficient and profitable. The duties of a District Manager include:
- Supervision of all office activities
- Overseeing all parts of every inventory
- Customer service
- Employee relations
- Hiring and training
- New Sales
- District expenses
- Understanding and enforcing all RGIS policies.
