Merchandising Specialists assist our Merchandising Managers in managing large scale re-set and re-model projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They aid in the supervision and direction of workflow for a 20 person crew, ensuring all team members comply with safety requirements. Merchandising Specialists work a flexible schedule with varying hours, with significant amounts of travel to various store locations. Successful Merchandising Specialists may have the opportunity for promotions to Merchandising Manager or Senior Merchandising Manager.
