Team Leader

Team Leaders have mastered the job of Auditor. They are frequently responsible for taking the lead role in managing and running inventories. Team Leaders work closely with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Upon completion of our training program, our Team Leaders are expected to:

  • Be flexible and have the ability to change
  • Create team spirit with an atmosphere of achievement, enthusiasm and camaraderie

  • Act decisively and be consistent in their actions and their words
  • Delegate with consistent follow up and foster self-sufficiency in their team members
  • Serve as a mentor and guide their team
  • Learn to conduct all types of RGIS inventories
  • Have a good understanding and working knowledge of all equipment
  • Understand all RGIS policies and procedures
  • Supervise their team members.
  • Actively train their team members
  • Facilitate all inventory paperwork
